R.F. Moeller, a premier Twin Cities jeweler, needed to transition from WooCommerce to Shopify. They sought an eCommerce-first platform that could elegantly showcase their extensive custom inventory while providing a back-end experience that offered their team greater autonomy.
THE GOAL
Creating a sleek site that displays all of R.F. Moeller’s large inventory of custom-made, luxury jewelry products.
THE CHALLENGE
Migrating R.F. Moeller’s massive inventory wasn’t a standard copy-and-paste job. The specificity of their custom data meant standard bulk editors were ineffective.
Additionally, as a luxury retailer, they required a solution to sell and list high-value items (over $10,000), a functionality that required custom logic outside of standard Shopify constraints.

Since launch, total revenue has been up almost 20%, and active users on the site have increased by over 35%. After the site launched, R.F. Moeller recorded record-breaking sales in 2025.
