Partner Manager

Department: Support

Brandography is a Shopify Plus partner agency specializing in design, development, and migration projects for mid-market and enterprise merchants. We help brands grow on Shopify by combining strong creative work with a deep technical and commerce toolkit. Our partner ecosystem is central to how we win business, deliver value, and scale.

Who We Are

We are hiring a Partner Manager & Inbound Sales individual to own day-to-day relationships and establish new ones across our tech partner ecosystem — companies like Klaviyo, Gorgias, Yotpo, Rebuy, Tapcart, and others that build on Shopify, and manage the Shopify relationship as well as nurture and close inbound sales. You will be the connective tissue between Brandography and these partners: driving co-marketing, generating a qualified pipeline for our sales team, coordinating joint go-to-market motions, and showing up at industry events.

Our Ideal Candidate:

This is a pipeline-generation role — you are responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing partner-attached opportunities. Your success will be measured by the volume and quality of partner-influenced pipeline you bring in along with closed inbound sales.

This is a great fit for someone with 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, partner marketing, business development, inbound sales, and/or agency-side account management who wants to grow into a senior partnerships and inbound sales leader.

Responsibilities Include:

Partner Relationship Management

  • Own monthly or bi-monthly sync calls with each tech partner — agenda, follow-ups, and accountability for action items.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner managers, account executives, and marketing contacts across our partner ecosystem.
  • Maintain a Partner Tracker for each partner: pipeline, meeting minutes, case studies, events, and shared client lists.
  • Identify new tech partners worth pursuing and lead the onboarding process when you bring them on.

Pipeline Generation & Co-Sell

  • Proactively generating sales opportunities within Brandography’s partner base and expanding our future partner base.
  • Source partner-originated leads through joint account mapping, co-prospecting sessions, and partner referrals.
  • Qualify inbound partner leads.
  • Track every opportunity from submission through close in our pipeline tracker, and report on partner-attached revenue.
  • Coordinate co-sell motions: warm intros, joint discovery calls, and follow-up cadences with both the partner rep and Brandography sales.

Inbound Sales

  • Respond to all internet leads, cultivating sales opportunities and maintaining warm contacts through regular ongoing follow-ups.
  • Creating and presenting sales proposals and SOW’s with proficiencies in scoping and pricing detailed technical projects.
  • Answer phones, provide great customer service, route service requests to the appropriate person, and vet inbound sales opportunities.
  • Working with Brandography’s SME’s to establish accurate project scopes, project plans, and timelines for inclusion in proposals and SOW’s.
  • Develop an ongoing tradeshow presence and plan and execute, manage the resulting leads, and close new business.

Co-Marketing & Enablement

  • Plan and execute partner Lunch & Learns — both Brandography learning from partners and partners learning about Brandography’s capabilities.
  • Coordinate joint case studies, blog content, webinars, and outbound campaigns with partner marketing teams.
  • Keep our internal team trained on the value props, pricing, and ICP fit of each tech partner so we can position them well in client conversations.
  • Manage partner directory listings and ensure Brandography is well-represented across partner ecosystems.

Events & Travel

  • Represent Brandography at industry events such as Shoptalk, Shopify Editions, Shop Talk, partner summits, and vertical-specific conferences (e.g., SHOT Show).
  • Plan and staff booth presence, partner dinners, and side events.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time for events, partner offices, and client/prospect meetings.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of direct experience in partnerships in the Shopify Ecosystem, partner marketing, business development, sales-driven development, or agency-side account management.
  • Experience with major tech partners and how SaaS-agency partnerships work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can run a meeting, write a follow-up, pitch our agency, and present proposals with confidence.
  • Strong organizational skills — you can manage 10+ active partner relationships without dropping balls and keep lead opportunities warm through ongoing sales follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Comfort with CRM and pipeline tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and spreadsheet-based tracking.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
